I know this is an older thread, but for those who may be searching for previous feedback on this company (this appears to be the only thread on all of CGN)
I recently dealt with Rusty Wood, buying some supplies. Never heard of them before, but they carried what I needed.
The person I dealt with over email communications was very responsive. I got a more than reasonable shipping quote, based on exactly what I know the price was. She even told me if I had ordered more they would have to use the next size up for box and as a result, the cost would be higher by X amount. When I had expressed interest originally they put together an invoice for me so I can see exactly what I was buying. The same day I sent the EMT they shipped out the product. AND considering it was pretty much across the country, I was surprised when I received the package in 3 business days. I wasn't expecting this for over a week.
Everything was packaged exactly as they had indicated and packed to the hilt in the pre-paid box. I also had a chuckle at the surprise item they included for me - a nice touch, given our current political climate.
Overall, absolutely zero hesitation to both deal with them again and also recommend their fast turnover and professional service to anyone.
