Take a picture of the proof marks on the receiver, that will tell he tale.
friend just picked up a sweet little 28 gauge Ruko from another buddy, proof marks show it was made by Zabala Hermanos.

I think "Ruko" was a Canadian sales company - never actually made anything themselves - all products were made by jobbers around the world. Lots of camping stuff, hunting knives, scopes, etc. Apparently like Tanross Supply Co. in Florida, USA, Herters, Inc., etc. So, if it is branded "Ruko", it could have been made anywhere, by anyone, but was sold, in Canada, by Ruko.

Example - I was just messing with an elder single shot .410 - is stamped as Remington 812 - not made by Remington - identical to CIL Model 402 and CBC Model 151 - all likely made at same factory in Brazil - but was sold by various, with various brand names stamped on them.

So, if you are working on a CBC 151, can use print from Remington 812 and parts for CIL 402

Call Ruko. Maybe, that's maybe, they can help. Worst they can say is "can't help you"

Ruko has been out of buisness since the mid 1990’s

Looks like it is just accessories and knives now. (I have a couple Ruko knives and they are great). Firearms were made in the Philippians.

Found this also; not sure if it helps: https://bluebookofgunvalues.com/firearms/manufacturers/ruko-sporting-goods-inc
