Rwa 180b -- what is this??

If you can find someone with a 180S, who's willing to sell, or lend you the upper, it will will fit a Nodak lower. You'd need to have a registered lower however, as the barrel length makes the 180 a potential baby killer. If you want a real AR 18, it's as close as you can get that you'll be able to use.

So an original AR180 upper can be used with a Nodak lower? I did not know this, that is very cool.

The AR180 upper is completely backwards compatible with the AR180B lowers. You just have to use the AR180B guide rod assembly as it is different than the AR18/180 version. Barrel is restricted though with an 18-1/4" length. Yup, so close.

RWA, Thanks for the input as well as putting your testicles on the line to make this.
Boy I wish I had the cash for one right now.

Our Sporter version will be coming soon, which will be toned down a little (less modularity), but will have built in brass deflector, IBI Barrel, and will weigh less than the full version.

OH YEAH, it should also be a little cheaper :)

OH YEAH, it will also have other uppers for 7.62X39 and 300 Blackout. ;)
