Does anyone have experience fitting one of the RWB op rods from Dlask to a Norinco receiver? The tab on mine is just simply too large. Any advice regarding filing/fitting?
 
So hard to show/explain without pics. Email me, I'll walk you through it. I've successfully installed a few dozen RWB oprods and it's not as straight forward as lapping in a usgi one.
You will need a jiffy marker in black
A fine thin file, preferably a triangular file.
Grease based lapping compound
A small stone, hint :fishing shops have small 1"x 3" flat hook stones ;) cheap.
A rubber mallet or similar.
Some serious patience hehehe
But I'll get you through it :D

45 ACPKING built my LRB with one and its a better fit than USGI.

I had a chuckle at our clinic when we did tilt tests about 3 of the Norcs oprods fell on to the floor. Of course they all ran great on the range though.
 
Finally getting a satellite wifi hub installed this week so I'll be able to post some pics and video. Have a couple rwb oprods and a build to do so I'll see what we can do to document it with the video gear.
 
I installled one on my Norinco. When I did it I took some careful measurements with a digital caliper and used needle files and high grit sand paper to get it to fit.
