I see RX Arms just released their Ti magazine cap, is this something that will will improve the M4 or just a fancy cap?
What are your thoughts, is it worth the $150 if so why?

I'm sure it will be top quality just like the rest of their stuff but is it a need or a want?

Well, since its major functions appear to be looking different, weighing a negligible amount less than factory and costing too much..... I'd say it's pure Gucci, there's nothing wrong with the factory part. It would be smarter to get an S&J tube.

Lol it's a mag tube cap, what could it possibly improve? As long as whatever is on there holds the spring in place, it doesn't make a lot of difference what it looks like. You'd probably accomplish the same goal with a bunch of gorilla tape.

You are right it's a mag cap but in essence that mag cap holds the entire gun together, if it was to break the gun would be useless....though I guess that changes my question to how durable is the factory cap....seems that it was good enough for many professionals worldwide but has anyone ever had one break on them....cold weather use may lean towards the Ti.
Again I have no idea but like playing the devils advocate.

It’s like a lot of fishing stuff, it isn’t meant to catch fish. It’s meant to catch fisherman. A titanium cap does absolutely nothing except make you feel special. Spend that money on something that actually makes a difference.
