S.A.M. 1911 Titan SS .45 acp barrel question.

I just got a new one in the other day and I noticed the 1'' of barrel sticking out of the slide is at a downward angle yet the barrel is very tight no rattle. Does anyone know why that is? BTW the barrel is not bent, just angles downward. Thanks for any help.

Is this with the slide locked back?

Edit - never mind, I just googled this model and see it has the snorkel sticking out to make our idiotic 106mm minimum length.

I was looking on wolverine supplies and thought it looked awfully angled. If you look at the sights the front is lower than the rear sight...I guess to compensate. Never realized it until I checked out those compact 1911's.
 
At lockup the barrel sits at an angle but with a full length slide you cannot see it. Short slide and longer barrel shows barrel angle in plain view. Thank you Sir!
