The SAAMI spec. for rifle cases using the LR primer is 0.078"-0.082". It is fine to ream them all to the maximum size of 0.082" using a No. 45 drill bit/Wire bit. European LR brass tends to have small flash holes.
Small primer pocket rifle and pistol cases use a smaller flash hole size of .074"-.078", but some European brass, such as Sako,Lapua etc. uses 1.6-1.7mm flash holes.
Standard decapping pins are 1/16" needle bearings, or 0.0625",so smaller flash holes may yank the decapping pin from the stem on some dies or bend others.
S & B tends to have small primer pockets and flash holes in some brass they also make all the metric calibers for Winchester such as 7.62 x 54r,7.62 x25 and 9 x 18 Mak.
Lee dies tend to be a little tight with some case specs,I found it necessary to run some Prvi X39 cases through a RCBS FL die before it would ever go into a Lee X39 die due to the rds. being fired in an AK win a mil spec chamber you can get the same affect with cases fired in other rifles a well.
If the flash hole or primer pocket is an issue just use one of the many primer pocket uniforming and flash hole uniforming tools on the market to put it to SAAMI specs. Neither will remove enough brass to be an issue.
What kind of lube were you using.
