S&B or Premier

I need some feed back on these two Optics. Pro's and cons between the two from people who have used both. Are they really that comparable?

Also what's the deal with the tunnel vision on the S&B. I havn't had a chance to look though it and actually see it. Does it mean that the FOV isn't truly 56mm from 5-7power? Just alittle less?

I heard about that tunnel vision I don't have a s&b iam in the boat I heard premier does have that problem then fix that from what I have been reading
