S&J Freefloat Rail and ATRS Eliminator

I have recently purchased a ATRS Eliminator and an S&J AR15 11.5 inch barrel. I also bought a S&J Freefloat 12.6 inch rail. I was wondering if the Eliminator will fit in the rail for that inch of difference. I tried fitting the uninstalled Eliminator into and NEA 9" rail but it wouldn't go inside.
Has anyone ran this combo with success?
 
Ill post some of the complete build, I did a fit test. Still waiting on parts including the barrel. See my other thread "Custom AR15 Build" for more details.

I had just bought the rail then tried fitting the NEA I had on hand with the Eliminator. It didn't fit and couldn't find an answer anywhere else if the S&J would have the same problem so I asked CGN. If I knew the rail wasn't going to fit I would've had to buy a couple things to modify it so it would fit.
 
ide like to see some pics of the s&j rail, i was thinking about getting a spikes rail and this looks similar.

I don't know why they are inverted, tried a couple different things on photobucket lol oh well
