I don't think you understand how this works.
There is only 125 valid tickets a total of 129 total transactions.
We have prob 50 failed trasactions a day some or incorrect data some arw fraud some or over limit cards .
Hence why at 10.30 am an order number maybe 5507 and at 10.45am the next valid order maybe 5530 .
Our system records all transaction.

Edit - seems like the draw generator should have been 1 - 129, and if the number selected was void another draw should have taken place.

I get that some were voided, but you had all of them including your voids assigned to lines 1 thru 129. You drew 1-125, appearing to leave 126-129 no chance of winning.
 
Perhaps the last 4 were the voids? Just assuming seeing as i purchased a ticket at around 100 left and at the end i purchased the last ticket sold.... Just a guess
