S&J Hardware bayonet lug mount kit

I just purchased a S&J Hardware bayonet lug mount kit (plus 2 magazine) and I was wondering if anyone who has purchased this kit can tell me how to install it? I think I'm missing a piece (bayonet lug mount) or more from the kit but I'm not sure. I compared the items to my list and they don't quite match up. These are the items I physically have:
-plus 2 magazine tube
-spring
-"no jam" magazine follower
-3 position sling mount
-a washer (?), it looks like a steel circle that terminates in two holes

In the kit, it lists the following items:
-plus 2 magazine tube
-bayonet mounting end cap
-CNC machined 1 piece steel
-3 position front sling
-"no jam" follower
-spring

Did you just email me? The bayonet mounting end cap is part of the mag extension...it gets smaller at the end so that you can slide a bayonet over it. Did you order the one that comes with a bayonet lug as well? If you got it from us just drop me a pm if you want with your order # and I'll check it out for you.
