GAIRLOCHIAN on this forum makes a no-gunsmithing mount for the Number 4. It is cheap and it is said to be tough.
When I was running the gunshop in Wainwright, I used to get the S&K out of MilArm in Edmonchuk. Excellent mounts.
I believe that Higginson Powders stocks them as well. Good prices.

And there are a few shops in the US which will gladly sell you the needed S&K mount, not every shop has gone "border shy"; the scope mount is one item that can be exported.
But as mentioned, CGN member Gairlochian sells a solid one for a decent price!
I've never tried the Adley model, I'd be curious to try one out. Maybe some post-holiday shopping
