S&K scope rings anyone?

Anybody tried the S&K scope rings? They seem to be a pretty slick looking package, and are available in real stainless. How do they work? The only issue i have is even the lows seem pretty high. Thoughts?
 
Excellent rings. Strong, light and good looking. You mentioned the only downside, IMO. It would be awesome if they'd make extra-lows.
 
It all depends on the type of ring. What exactly are you looking at? S+K makes a lot of different types of rings and bases, including copies of the Conetrol, and all sorts for old military surplus rifles. I only have experience with those.

My top choice in rings. Got my first set on a custom model 70 I bought from RickF, after that I was hooked. Have them on 5-6 rifles now. Get them, you won't be disappointed with them mounted to your 70.
