S&W 25-2 Value?

I have the opportunity to purchase a S&W 25-2 in excellent plus condition.
The revolver is chambered in 45ACP, the seller asks for $750.00.

Is this a good deal?

Yup I just bought one, from what I could tell from the photos it was in decent shape but not outstanding and I paid more than that.

How do American gun prices compare with Canadian prices.
Aren't guns in general cheaper in the States?
Therefore shouldn't they be more valuable here in Canada?

For that much I'd jump on it even if it had noticeable external finish wear as long as it was tight. That's a freakin' AWESOME price!!!!!

A few years back gun prices in the US were lower than here. But with the Obama threats the American gun public went nutzo and current prices are often higher on used guns than up here.
