I have drag marks on back of frame from the ejector. Even if a slight piece of unburnt powder gets under the ejector it will cause the cylinder not to lock up. Should a new ejector resolve this or need I replace other parts like spring, etc. Thanks. Fisher4

by ejector I'm assuming you mean the ejector star, and the frame the recoil shield? Grunge under the star will hold it up and cause the problems you state. Are the drag marks a single arc to the lock up point? If so, that's common.

Out of curiosity, have you been opening and closing the cylinder hollywood fashion by flicking your wrist and letting it fly open or closed? If so you may have (likely have) bent the crane and that will cause you finicky lock up and drag. Lift up the ejector star and get in there with a tooth brush and some solvent and scurb the dickens out of it.
