S&W 629 Front Sight

Hey All
I bought a used 629 and the guy before me tore the fiber optic off with pliers and put black stove pipe all over the front sight. What are my options to get it back into shape.

If it has the dovetail that was filled with the orange site filler I have replacement fillers available, $40.00 installed
