Havent seen these discussed much on here before according to the search function.

I have one on the way to me. Seem like they are built like a tank and have a bit of a cool factor as being used by Don Johnson in Miami Vive for a few seasons.


Any body got one ? Any pics or stories/opinions ?

I had one for a bit. Loved the look, the feel and the heft of it. That said, didn't like the trigger feel as mine had super long travel and would fire at the rearmost point almost hitting the trigger guard. Subsequently couldn't do a decent grouping to save my life. Shooting partner didn't have a problem though so it's likely just me.

Most accurate .45 I own....not much for ergonomics, but it shoots good.

Early safties tended to have the RH lever fall off. Fixed on subsequent versions.

There may have been brittle grips on the early version, though I don't remember for sure.

Had one loved it. It was a bit picky about the ammo it was fed. I got burned by a local guy who was selling on consignment for me. Never saw the full amount minus 10%.

I'll play... it's a solid piece of steel. It's a little different than anything I've ever shot, it seems the previous owner did a lot of work on the trigger and tuning it. Very soft and short single action trigger, great double action pull too. I have wood grips as well, haven't put them on yet. I'm sure they would make it look even better. The slide is semi-glossy SS, so it's hard to take a pic without glare... these are my best pics.
