S&W 659 conversion

Hi-

Would anyone here happen to know if there are any gunsmiths in Canada that could convert a 659 prohib to restricted? It needs 3mm more barrel to make the grade. Is there an aftermarket available or would some kind of welded extension suffice?

New barrel.. Contact Bits of Pieces in Delta BC. He has done numerous.
