S&W 686 Trigger job?

Hello friends,quick questions for ya;

I have a S&W 686 revolver and want to have it modified for easier trigger pull for DA,who can do this here in Canada? If my gun is modified with it still operate as a SA also?

Who's the best S&W revolver tech in Canada?
