S&W and Wesson & Harrington .22 revolvers

I need some helpful opinions on a fair price to offer for this pair
.22 7 shot Wesson & Harrington (works good)

.22 Smith & Wesson (needs action work)

I'm on the honor system on this one; any thoughts on what's fair to offer for the pair?

well neither of them are perscribed antiques i think there both prohibs at the very least restricted, so there not worth much.
if the W&H thats 22 was 32 rf it would be worth $500 or so.
