S&W Barrels, Where to Buy?

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a new barrel for a S&W 10-5 (pinned barrel). Does anyone know of a reliable place to purchase one? I placed an ad in the EE, so we will see if that gets me anything.

I know many of you know of great gun smiths and what not, so thought I would put it out.

Try the S+W warranty depots, Murry Charleton in Vancouver and I forget the name of the guy in eastern Canada. They do turn up once in a while. Last bbl I needed for a revolver I bought out of the states, which you can still do but there's a lot more paperwork involved, which makes it a lot more expensive. - dan
