S&W handguns....

My father in law passed away a few months back and I have a couple handguns to sell in the estate.
I have a friend and his buddy interested in them but I have to set a price so if anyone knows the ballpark value of a S&W model 59 auto in 9mm and the value of a S&W Highway Patrolman 357 with 6" barrel I would appreciate hearing from you.
Both guns are probably from the 70's with very little use and in mint condition with original S&W leather holsters.

4-500 for the patrolman
3-400 at best for the m-59 due to it being 12-6

Thanks for taking the time to respond C&L. I was offered $500 for the M-59 so I hope the guy hasn't bought something else!
Should make enough on the sales to send my mother-in-law back home to Ireland.

Is did you block some of the 59's serial number, if not that is one early M59. Mine is A555###. You might want to check on the S&W Forum for a manufacture date. If it is a very early M59, it could be worth a little more from a collector.
