S&W J-frame - tools

There is lots of information on barrel removal of other series, but I'm having trouble finding information for J-frames. Are there any differences?

Is there someone who makes tools for doing so?

Is there a gunsmith in Canada who is known to have the tools and will be able to remove and then put a barrel on without warping the frame?
