My second pistol. Haven't even fired the first one yet but this one just felt too good in my hands to say nay.

Just purchased the 9mm M&P2.0 today as my first pistol. Will be awhile before it ships I'm sure given it's my first, but the reviews and price point seemed to make it an easy decision.
 
I like the m&p9 2.0. I shot it the other day at a gun show and liked it a lot better than the Glock 17.

My favorite is the Walther PPQ M2, but it is more expensive... I guess I'll wait for black Friday deals and make a decision then.

Will do. Shot the 9mm v1.0 awhile back and it was okay but it was the first pistol I had ever shot. Nothing to compare it to. But this was the best physical fit for me and I like the snap of the .40.

The wife just picked up a 2.0 in .45,, had it at the range on Sunday, we were shooting a speed steel match. At lunchtime we put a couple of boxes thru it, 5 different shooters plus the wife and myself gave it a run, it was unanimous, the gun was loved by everyone who shot it, and everyone was impressed with the 2.0 trigger and the new grip. I myself thought it was a great gun,,,not great enough to replace my Glock lol, but I was impressed:)
 
Got the 2.0 in 9mm as a first too monday, can't wait to try it i red some great comment about these handgun.

Lol..in 40 though? Lots of 9mm...mind you didn't really think much of the M&P's but recently have heard the 2.0's are much better.

Hehe. You sound like everyone else. I picked .40 simply cause I like it.

I have a 9mm G17 so I'm not screwed.

Not to mention a Storm Lake barrel and some 9mm mags and I'm good to go.
