S&w m&p .40 vtac?

Anyone have one of these, and if so do you think the price difference between this and the regular .40 is worth it? When I picked up one at the store, the sights "popped" out for me and the "target" acquisition was easy and quick. I really like the feel of it and the adjustable grips too. I am considering getting one of these, but wondering if it's worth the money and wait (backordered). TIA.

This gun FITS me, and I really like the look and the sights, but am trying to justify the added expense of the VTAC sights and the colour vs the regular one. I have fired my husband's M&P 9, and I like it much better than my IWI 941 Jericho. I just want some input from people who have this VTAC-sighted gun before I put my name in for an order.

They can order for you at Milarm, but they don't have any in stock. They showed me someone's that was ordered and just waiting to be picked up, just so that I could look at it. I'm thinking of putting in my name for one, but it could be months before there are any available.

If you are in the Toronto area you can come and shoot mine. is it worth the extra $400 for the sights ? (no) is it cooler than the stock M&P (yes) just my opinion
