S&W M&P Front Sight

Is the front sight really hard to move? I noticed today that the front FO sight on my 5" Pro Series is off to the left a bit. I was wondering what is the easiest way to move it back to the center of the slide. Does anyone know if anyone makes a sight tool for the 5" Pro Series?

Where - does the gun shoot - if it shoots to centre, leave it, it's where it needs to be.

On my new M&P (non-Pro) the front sight is a little left on the slide (hundreths, can't remember how many, not much.), but bang-on centered over the barrel...shoots to POA.

Don't know, the gun's brand new.

That's what mine looks like, but didn't check to see if it's centered on the barrel.

I got one a week ago. worked well in getting Warren Tacticals on my Pro. You do have to re-adjust a couple of times at the slide will shift.

$65 with the shipping. Had it in a week.

Do you have to shim both sides of the slide to use this tool because of the slide is machined?
