S&W Model 29-2

I recently purchased a Model 29-2, and noticed some issues with it right away.

Timing is off on two cylinders. Close inspection clearly showed two notches on the star extractor worn out different then the other four; cocking for single action on these two feels little harder compared to others as well. There is a crack on the hammer, started at the pin hole holding the stirrup connector.

I was wondering where could I source these parts?

Edit: I also noticed cylinder gap varies and becomes narrower when it comes to those two chambers. Will run the center pin and rod on a comparator to see if it is actually bent. Ordered a yoke alignment tool to see if something wrong with the yoke itself...

Wonder if there is a list somewhere to show which parts are compatible with M29-3. Seems like it is easier to find parts for -3 compared to -2...
