S&W Model 41 Target Grips & mags?

I highly doubt that you will find the grips in Canada. Brownell's carry both and they ship to Canada. Shipping cost is usually around $5.75. Sporteque carries the mags but they want $63.99 each, Brownell's is $34.99 for the mag and $65.64 for the grips. But both are out of stock at the moment but you can backorder them on their website.

In the late 60's I ordered custom grips from Herrett's.
Query them; They are still in business and the set that came up on their web page was the H41.

Mags: You will have to order them from Smith.

Good lord do they ever make gorgeous grips for target autos. Price isn't that bad for the craftsmanship I'm gonna send them an email and see what they can do. Thanks!
