Looking to Purchase Speed Beez speed loaders here in Canada, does anybody know where I can purchase these items?

Speed loaders are not ITAR exempt for individual export from the states.....such as having it mailed to your postal box in NY state then driving it back in your pocket. US companies can now mail certain items to Canada providing they have the correct export license to do so and that the cost does not exceed a specific amount. US customs have now taken to spot checks on the American side just prior to exiting the country. They ask very specific questions. Read the ITAR MUNNITIONS LIST and all the subsequent addendums. Just because a US company can mail it to Canada does not mean that you as an individual can EXPORT it.

The International Traffic in Arms Regulations are not garbage; it is Very Serious Business to get caught violating those export laws.

Speed loaders are not ITAR exempt for individual export from the states.....such as having it mailed to your postal box in NY state then driving it back in your pocket.

Speed loaders are not specifically listed in ITAR. They are neither critical firearms components (barrel, bolt, cylinder, receiver; Section 123.17(a)), nor minor components or parts (most anything else that is in or on the gun when you pull the trigger; S. 121.1 Category I(a)). There is no exemption for them since they are not controlled under those regulations.

This interpretation stands as far as I know, and most speed loader specialists in the U.S.A. ship to Canada without any extra hoops. Personal export (e.g., crossing in your car with the loaders) is just as legal as with a holster or other accessory that is not a gun part (any spring, screw, pin, whatever is in a gun, *is* controlled).
