you CAN actually order some stuff direct from smith-wesson.com, their 'store' function.

Barrels are a controlled item, like frames/receivers, regardless of value. An export permit would be required.

EDIT: My apologies ernie42. You may be one of the fortunate souls licenced to purchase and collect prohibited firearms. If you are, it would be best for you to request permission from the moderators to access the Equipment Exchange and post a "want to buy" ad there. I think it is ok for properly licenced individuals to use the EE for the purpose of exchanging prohibs, but I am not sure.
