S&W Pistol Question

A S&W 29-2 pistol is an "N" frame revolver - will grips from a "K" or "L" frame revolver fit it?

I know that some aftermarket grips will fit all 3 frame sizes, but will original S&W grips fit all 3?

I'm trying to find a set of original grips.

The short answer is no. N frame is by it self. K and L frame grips are interchangeable.

True, and J frame grips are different yet. Also, there are round butt (RB) and square butt (SB) grips for each frame size.
