1- Do not point gun at your head
2- Mix .38 spcls and .357 magnums. Have somebody else load
so you don't even know how many of each caliber are loaded
and experience the nice surprises.

I did that with a model 69 with 4 of my typical warm 44 special class loads and a 240gr commercial round the guy next to me inadvertently tossed into the range bucket.

I learned that the 69 with full power ammo is probably meant more for last ditch bear defence than it is for fun fun target shooting... A broken wrist being better than getting et lol
