Why wont Glock make a 32acp or a 380acp miniglock?

Yes you are right Richard, I guess I should clarify that comment. It is a bad caliber in a defensive context compared to 9mm, and even 380. It is very small and although a well placed shot will get the job done, I do not believe that it has the stopping power or penetration to be considered a good SD load.
However I have carried a PPK in 7.65 for a little while overseas, but that is because that was all I had at the time!
