SAA single 10 .22 holster belt?

So, the young boy wants a six shooter like his old man. I was looking a SAA .22 and was wondering if one could find a belt with .22 cartridge loops , small enough to fit him. He's 9 ... Any body seen anything like this around?

40- 50 years ago they where everywhere, now, bit harder, thou I have seen a odd one at gunshows.
I would make a belt up if you had a belt and some old leather, there are holsters around for the
old Crossman air guns .

I was thinking any holster that fits a pietta 4 3/4 should do. The belt is the issue, maybe I could get a standard belt , get a local leather worker to shorten it up and make the loops smaller. Anyway, thanks for the input..
