Anybody out there own one of these, thinking about purchasing one in 45-70. Looking to get your thoughts on these guns, I was told good value for the money.

The guy that puts publishes The Access wrote them up as one of the best deals in a long time. Its just too bad that they're only in 45-70.

They come in several different calibers.... visit tradex's page.

"...only in 45-70..." Maybe the rifles sold in Canada, but they come in the really expensive to shoot NE cartridges and other chamberings too.
Fair bit of discussion about 'em here. One guy mentions the .45-70's have plastic front sights.

I do believe when the "cheap" model was first introduced in Canada, it was only in 45-70.
