Sabatti Rifles

They are ok, had a 243 stainless synthetic which I sold, and still have a walnut 223.
The receivers are cast so that looks kind of cheap, mostly everything else small is mim or cast, opening and closing the bolt is a bit bindy but cycling is smooth, trigger is ok, both stocks styles were nice and solid and higher quality then the norm, rifles are heavy, sights are an eyesore to me anyway as they are quite high, because of the spot heat treatment on the receivers there is slight discoloration there, my 223 didn't shoot very well until I added a pressure point, then it shot very well. Twist is slow in 223 at 1/12.
They are ok for the price and certainly good for a hard use hunting rifle. There are better and worse rifles in the same price range. The 243 just paled in comparison to my Vanguard too much so I put a box of ammo through it and sold it.

Where and with what did you add the pressure point?

I use cork drawer liner, you can get it at Canadian Tire... depending on how free floated the barrel is it may require adding a second piece on top of the first. It has adhesive backing already.
I cut it about 3/4" long and 1/2" wide, usually install 2-3" back from end of stock.
I could mail you a piece of the cork liner if you wanted to give it a try. PM your address if interested.

Anyone have any experience with the Sabatti Rover rifles? build quality, accuracy, over all fit and finish etc.

I got mine on sale from Marstar a few months ago in 7.62x39 mm (pics). A synthetic stock. Trigger pull on mine is 3.45+-0.34 lbs from five measurements which is perfect for my liking. The ergonomics are also perfect for me. The stock fits me very well. Built quality is very good. The downside are synthetic mags that cost $45 each (meh..). I bought 3 more from Marstar and now the 7.62 and .223 are sold out anyway.
In July I mounted a Vortex Crossfire II 6-18x44 AO BDC on it. Now I've been testing the brands of ammo that I could buy like Barnaul 123gr, PPU 123gr, Sellier&Bellot 124gr and a Chinese non-corr 61/08. With Barnaul I'm getting close to 2.5" and with others 3.5" at 100 yards. Not so great but I'm still on a learning curve.
All in all it's a good, solid rifle. IMHO its's worth $600-650 but I wouldn't pay more than that for a new one.
