Sabot to use .45 cal bullets in a .50cal Muzzleloader????

I have a bunch of 255g .45cal TC Maxi-hunters in the EE and I have had zero hits on them. I have been thinking if there is a sabot that will make the .45cal bullets fit my .50cal muzzleloader I would not bother selling them and just shoot them.

Does such a sabot exist???

Nosler, Hornandy - most major bullet manufacturers market 45/50 sabots. Via most shooting supply places (wholesale sports, your local gun store and the like). You will need the actual dia. of the .45 cal bullet to determine the best sabot. They are usually .451 or .458.

Sabots are generally reserved for Pistol bullets, or other more BC firendly projectiles. Wrapping a sabot around a stumpy .45 conical would be wasteful - IMHO.
