Sabots for specific twist rates

I've just acquired a mossberg 870 rifled barrel with 1:36 twist. I'm reading that many have the experience that with such a slow twist, slower 1400-1500fps sabots work best. Does anyone here have similar experience? Some say the modern 1900fps sabots don't work as good with this twist rate.

I'm trying to confirm what my starting point should be for testing.

Ive always had better groups with slower sabots from my mossbergs. That is why i went back to full sized brenneke slugs. Figured if i was throwing slow i might as well throw a wider slug
