Sad day, R Lee Ermy died yesterday.

I heard it announced today, but R Lee Ermy passed away yesterday. He was the gunny in full metal jacket and hosted a couple tv series about milsurp rifles.

He had a you tube ch. called, mail call. He did 1 with all his bloopers, funny stuff.

I have seen bunch of his videos on YT and you just gota love his sense of humor.Thing is some them do feel like scripted ones but you can tell when he goes off the script and lets himself loose.

He in some ways reminded me of a certain Sergeant who put me through my Combat Engineer training. RIP to the Gunny.
