Safari Arms Folding Shotgun?

A friend has a Safari Arms 12 gauge folding O/U shotgun. The only markings are " SAFARI ARMS" , "12 gauge " and " MADE IN ITALY". The only reference I can find is SIR catalog for 1993/94 ,SIR was selling a Safari Arms Model 100L 12 gauge folding O/U shotgun. My question is: "Who in Italy actually made the Safari Arms Guns?".

The Italian Single Barrel "folder" I'm familiar with was made by Antonio Zoli, and is often referred to by another one of it's importer's names the Galef
"Companion".

References to Safari Arms (Phoenix, Arizona) show that a company of the same name being absorbed by Olympic Arms out of Olympia, Washington.
