Safety Question

Hello all,

I have a polly choke on my 12 Gage and I was wondering if anyone has fired a slug through one of these. I have seen a few deer now as I go to my duck blind and I dont know if its safe to fire a slug out of the damb pollychoke.

any thoughts?

My son used to own a Mossberg bolt action 12 gauge with polychoke. He shot everything with it, ducks (mod) Jack-rabbit (full) and deer (cylinder).
He sold it to his friend 4 years ago and his friend is using it just for deer.

Just remember to change the choke size and you are good to go.
