I see these are now in country.
Any one using one? reviews on the base etc?
I'm considering one, any input would be great, :)

Now I'm wondering which is better the LaRue or the SAGE?

The Sage use a clamping mechanism. So it has more surface to absorb the leverage on the left side of the rail. The Larue is more likely to damage your rail. Besides that, they're both hi quality.

I have a Sage mount and its definitely worth the money. I have not mounted any optics yet because I don't have a M14. It fits and clamps very securely to the sage chassis (waiting for my future M14 :) ). I was told that if you remove and reinstall it it should be with in 1/2 MOA

Del Selins in Vernon sells then. I don't know if they still have anymore though. I bought mine about a month ago.
