SAI R15Mk1 - is this semi still NR?

Maybe I'm missing something, but sterling arms has a listing for the R15mk1 on their website citing a release in 2025. I was under the impression that they had shutdown operations, but did this semi seem to somehow slip past the bans? Or is this an old listing that they still haven't taken down. I can't seem to find a reference to this rifle anywhere (formally called the TSR) and neither the r15mk1 or the TSR is listed on the ban list. Is it just lumped in with AR variants and its prohibition is implied?

No FRT published
I went back and looked and it was the R18 I was thinking of. They got those in the Dec. 2024 OIC batch. There is no sign of the R15 in any of the three OIC lists I have saved, so I don't know what happened to it unless SAI pulled it because they expected or were told it would be declared prohib as well.

I was having troubling going through the FRT's as the downloaded document seems to only be accessible to a certain page. But I looked at armalytics, and the TSR does come up. On armalytics it says that the TSR is affected by OIC 1 and in the "also known as" section it does not mention the r15 mk1. Which is more confusing as if the rifle is the same as the TSR why would it be reintroduced in 2025 if already affected by the 2020 OIC?

Is SAI even still making anything in Canada? Thought I heard something about them going out of business?

they were doing some pretty shady things. the receivers were made in Europe, and then the full guns being sold here with no FRT. it's completely illegal to import and sell a gun without an FRT. only Canadian made ones can get around that loophole, for now.

Huh, that is some shady activity . Lol, how long till the metal 3d printers are common and people start designing and printing full metal parts at home with no FRT.

The Americans are 3D printing guns in plastic, that work shockingly well.

Gun control is dead. The govts just don't want to admit that.
