Hi guys,
My friend is looking for a Sako 85 Hunter Stainless in 7mm Rem Mag. Apparently they are hard to find. He had ordered one from the dealer and after waiting over a year they gave him his deposit back as they still had no idea on ETA. I thought I would ask here for him to see if anyone has any ideas on where to buy one.

If you find one anywhere "jump on it real quick".

Stoeger Canada is THE importer for Sako/Tikka (amongst a few other European brands).

The model 85 Hunter (in either blued or stainless) is NOT even listed in the 2015 Canadian catalog in right hand models (there is some left handed/blued listed), so either production has ceased or they are not being imported (at least for 2015) - so you are looking for "old stock".

The only 7 mm RM "wood stocked" stainless I see listed for 2015 is the model 85 Laminated stainless (Grey Wolf).

In the plastic stocked/stainless barreled (7 mm RM) there is an A7 Roughtech pro, A7 Soft Touch and the Finnlight.
