I recently bought a Sako 85 laminate stainless in 22-250 as my coyote gun and have a Nightforce 2.5-10x32 Milot scope that I was going to put on a Tavor, long story short, I got a Vortex on the tavor now and was thinking of using the nightforce on the Sako.
Any thoughts? Not enough scope, too small objective lens etc?

Thanks

I hunted coyotes last winter with a Viper PST 2.5-10x32...shot 70 coyotes. Was enough scope for me. :) My goal for hunting coyotes was to call them as close as I could, 10x was more then enough. Here was a good day I had.

Thanks pal, I just bumped it one last time on the EE and then I'll keep it if it doesn't go this week.

Thats a very nice optic...I wouldn't part with. Lots of power on scope is good for punching paper, not for actually getting out and killing something.....hunting is a whole different ball game. To be honest, 6 power is plenty for 90% of your coyote hunting needs, hard to hit a running coyote on anything above 10x power.
Have fun either way...that is why we are here.

Cheers!!
