Sako 85 stock question

I was eyeing a Sako 85 laminate stainless in 243 at a very attractive clearance price today.

I'd like to add a 243 to the collection, but would have preferred the lighter weight synthetic stock versions.

If I chose to, would an 85 synthetic stock be an exact fit? I can't see why it wouldn't be.

it should bolt directly in but i think it also depends on what recoil lug the stocks are made with

Two different recoil lugs. If you switch to synthetic, I have a spare brand new recoil lug made for Sako 85 synthetic stocks. Shoot me a PM if you need it.
