Hey!
I have a Sako A7 chambered in .270 Win which I purchased about 10 years ago. It has the “soft touch” stock on it and the finish has starting to come off the stock. Also, the stock provides very little by way of rigidity and I am hoping to give it a face lift in that area. I see Boyds sells a lot of options for the A7, but it appears though that is my only option. Bell and Carlson also makes one, but they are unobtanium in Canada. Looking for any opinions or insight into stock options!
Also, I would love the option to put a set trigger in the rifle. I know sake makes rifles with set triggers, but is it an interchangeable part between models? I have yet to be able to find one anywhere on the interweb. I am certainly pleased with my factory Sako trigger, but am curious to know if a set trigger is an option that’s available.
Thanks to anyone who may have any input on these matters!
