Sako AI / L461 Value

I've been scouring the site and working google searching for a ballpark value on a Sako AI (which I understand are also modelled L461) in 222. Info seems pretty sparse, probably because they're an older model. Hoping that everyone here might have some insight!

The rifle appears to be clean and in very good condition.

Ditto double gun. Also be aware that if you should happen to examine the bore of a Sako AI with a bore cam/scope, they were manufactured with a long throat in some calibers.

I sold one on here a few years ago for 1150 shipped. It was mint and sold in a few minutes.

I have an A1 in 223 with a laminate stock.

I had one of those, it was awesome. Sold it a few years ago to fellow in Moncton for $1,200 including a nikon monarch 4x12 scope

They were somewhat expensive at the time they were sold new, at least compared to the less expensive Remington 700's that permeated the market at that time. They are my favorite bolt action for the .222 family of cartridges.

Depending on how it's outfitted, rifle alone, or with scope, anywhere from 800~1200 is pretty fair if in reasonable condition.
