I can't seem to find out much about the Sako Finnfire II .22LR. What do you know about this rifle? How does it compare to the Sako Quad? Accuracy? Trigger adjustability? Fit and finish? Thanks.

Lots of reviews on Rimfire Central. It is really the same as a fixed barrel quad and share's the same action P04R. The old Finnfire was P94S. It is accurate but I think they are just trading on the old Finnfire lore!

I just picked up a finnfire 2 in 17 hmr. Fit and Finnish are good although not a fan of the plastic trigger guard. Aparently DIP Inc. Makes a nice aluminum replacement but I have yet to find one on this side of the border. The wood stock is very well fitted to me with a nice palm swell and cheek rest the wood could use a bit more figure tho for my liking. Acuracy is good so far although I haven't had a chance to shoot it all that much but I am getting half in groups at 50 yards which should improve once I find out what ammo it likes best. My only complaint is the feeding issue with the 5 shot clip it almost always jams when the first round is supposed to go in the chamber. The second round seems to follow suit most of the time then the remaining three rounds load great. Maybe too much spring pressure not sure I will wait to get a spare mag before I start experimenting. All in all very happy with it and a nice trigger as well
