I have a finnlight in 30-06 and was going to sell this NIB Finnlight 308...but I couldnt take it any longer and finally opened the box just to take a peek at it. Holy jebus the Finnlight with 20" barrel is a sweet rifle! Highly recommended.

May have to keep the damn thing! That is, until my ADD kicks in.

Bueller?

Nice rifle but Sako is a flip of the coin if your gonna get one with ejection thats gonna hit your scope. I bought a Sako A7 22-250 and it shot amazing but had the ejection issue..wish Sako would address the issue.

Short action .308 should eject fine. The issue is whether the stock will ruin accuracy. I have a previous thread on my experience with this exact rifle.

Currently choosing the config of McMillan to order to make mine shoot like it should. Followed others' progress through the same issue and the recoil lug setup in the factory Finnlight 85 stock (along with some odd hollow spaces) are potential issues.

Beautiful rifle, but ejection issues in some action lengths and the Finnlight stock are things that can require some further work. After the McMillan is on, this action and barrel and Swaro Z5 will be my favourite gun again.

I never could figure why Sako uses injection molded stocks on rifles in this price range. A Finnlight with a McEdge would be a great mountain rifle.

Not sure who brings them in these days. All of my McMillans were bought direct or through 24hrcampfire. Neither of which is an option now.
